Level 1 – Is a seated exercise class taught by Joan Thornton. This class incorporates the three principles of fitness… movement (cardio), muscles (strength), and more (flexibility and balance) for the more mature adult.
Level 2 – Is a standing exercise class taught by Carol Piper. This class incorporates the three principles of fitness… movement (cardio), muscles (strength), and more (flexibility and balance) for the more active adult.
Both classes are specifically designed to be safe for older adults, so join us for a life of better health as well as a whole lot of fun!
Walk-ins are welcome for either exercise class.
- E-Fitness Level 1: Tuesday and Friday - 10 a.m.
- E-Fitness Level 2: Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 10 a.m.
- All classes are $3.00 each
